Poata is a filmmaker and scriptwriter based in West Auckland who script edited and directed the  the Stretch for Life visuals.

Poata has had many positive personal experiences with Osteopathy and has used some of the Stretch routines for relief of his arm and hand pain resulting from many hours of writing scripts for film, theatre and television and waving his arms directing on set.
